We collect information you provide directly when you register for an event or contact us, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, gender, emergency contact, USA Triathlon membership details, mailing address, and payment information. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers. SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Alpha Win Racing. The terms of our SMS program:
- Program description. Alpha Win Racing sends transactional messages (registration confirmations, event and schedule updates, race-day logistics, and abandoned-registration reminders) and, where you have opted in, occasional marketing messages about upcoming events and promotions.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to register for or purchase any event.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the events you register for.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
